3. Cookies, Meta Pixel and Google

4. Who we share your data with

Only with providers we need to do our work, and only what is necessary:

Wix.com: hosts the site, forms, our contact database and automated emails.
Zoho and Google (Gmail): our email.
Meta Platforms and Google: measurement and advertising, only if you accept those cookies.
Print suppliers: only if you order printed work, to produce and deliver it.
Professional advisers and authorities: our accountant, or when the law requires it.

5. Transfers outside the UK

Some providers (for example Wix, Google and Meta) process data outside the UK, such as in the United States, Israel or the European Economic Area. In those cases they use safeguards recognised by UK law: adequacy regulations, the UK-US Data Bridge or contractual clauses (the IDTA or the UK Addendum to the EU clauses).

We only send you news, tips or offers if you have given us permission. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email us and we will remove you from the list.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), password-protected access with two-step verification, and we limit who can see your data. Audit answers are stored in a private collection that is not public on the site.

10. Children

Our services are aimed at businesses and people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date. If the change is significant, we will let you know.
